Mike and Lynn Pender are Broker Associates with Prudential. Integrity is their priority! They seek to listen first and then help clients to make appropriate real estate decisions. Their committment is to protect the interest of the client. They assist clients from the lending process, staging, contracts, disclosures, apprasial, survey, inspection, closing and house warming.
As Real Estate Professionals, both are members of NAR and CAR, e-certified, Relocation Specialist and Member of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute.
Mike and Lynn Pender have been active in new home construction and residential construction for over 25 years. They relocated to San Antonio, Texas in 2000 and returned to Castle Rock, Colorado in 2004. Both attended Columbine High School, in Littleton, Colorado. Mike is origianlly from Montana and obtained a B.A from Denver University. Lynn is a Colorado native and attended ACC, DCC, DU and RMCAD.
Both are very active in the community and have volunteered extensively with their church and children's schools, as well as, programs suchas Big Brother, Children's Hospital, Kempe Center, Voulnteer Fire Departments, Kiwanis and Second Wind Fund. Their hobbies include travel, exercise, fishing, tennis, art, yoga, cooking and family activities.
